When summer comes to work in the vineyard it is quite tiring and the temperatures are high from the morning. Every day, about eleven o'clock, something special happens: the sea comes a blessing, a fresh air that welcomes us and the plants.
If you give the world what you are good, he repays you with a breeze, with a sigh, with a good wine.
During maturation, the Mistral days, the clear air of salt settles on the golden grapes of Vermentino. This flavor is found in wine, with aromas of fruits of distant lands.
It reminds us of the wind and all the streets he walks.
Vermentino di Sardegna DOC
We are in the north of Sardinia, between the historic regions of Gallura and Anglona, between the towns of Bortigiadas and Perfugas. Our vineyards are located in "Lu Scupaggiu" and are characterized by limestone land and a mild climate due to the proximity of the sea and the lake Coghinas.
It's where the mountains of Gallura lose altitude leaving room for the Anglona hills valleys. The winds from the nearby sea are channeled between the coves of the mountains, creating a unique climate for growing grapes.

With every sip that drink we will come rewarded and satisfied, rejoice together, caressed by the Mistral, in the view of the lake and sea return.

Breeding kind: Guyot
Planting density: 4,000 plants per hectare.
Yield per hectare: 60/70 quintals.
White vinification, soft pressing, twelve hours of maceration on the skins.
Colour: Straw yellow with golden hues.
Smell: broad with notes of citrus and exotic fruits.
Taste: soft, warm, harmonious and balanced, with good structure, leaves a slight taste of almond.
Serve with: seafood starters, delicate first courses, goats and sheep's cheeses to soft paste. Try it with raw sea urchin. Excellent as an aperitif.
