In 2012, we satisfied our curiosity to ferment a small part of our sparkling wine base with the addition of the must. The result was interesting and innovative, and found important confirmation that led us to repeat the experience and the presence of yeasts gives us two wines in one; a raw wine, unconventional, but it draws our tradition.

The color is straw yellow, veiled by its lees with a dense foam and eye-catching. The nose gives aromas of white and yellow flowers with notes of citrus and spice. The palate is fresh and lively bubbles with acid and enveloping notes. After settling, if properly decanted, can present bright, slightly changing appearance and taste, making it cleaner to the eye and nose, more acid and less round in the mouth |
