PRODUCTION AREA: Strong lands of conjugated ferrous clays from an ancient geological chaos of wind sands are home to nature, in the Sella & Mosca, the aristocratic grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon.

REFINEMENT: the end of autumn the wine accesses the first phase of maturation in "carat" of Tronçais oak Bordeaux, for a period of about 14 months, is subsequently placed in traditional barrels most ca-pacity for a further 12 months.
