The Pecorino Shepherd Montagnino from Fattoria Su Grabiolu is a cheese of the mountain pastoral tradition, the main food of the centenarians of Sardinia. Good and tasty aged table cheese, it is also excellent when grated. Pastore Montagnino is a raw milk product from animals raised on natural pasture. The paste has a straw yellow color with slight holes. The rind is natural, with no preservatives or added additives. The minimum aging of Pecorino Pastore Montagnino is 60 days.
