Veined cheese product in Dolianova, soft paste, white, dotted with fungal colonies hallmark green. The flavor is pleasantly spicy and moderately aromatic.
The cheese is particularly digestible thanks to the proteolytic action of the type penicillium mold. The Brebiblù is produced with a careful selection of whole milk of Sardinian sheep - and his health is ensured by the controls currently runned on the local manufacturing companies.
