The oyster mushrooms Nuova Agricola San Paolo are grown in a rural setting and are prepared according to an old recipe.

Their irresistible taste is delicately enhanced by scented local spices. Very large, fleshy and firm, very well accompany each dish thanks to their succulent uniqueness. They recommend on carpaccio and meat stewed or to enrich pasta salads and tasty sandwiches. Delicious even as an appetizer to whet the appetite better.

Sardinia enjoys a reputation as a haven mycological, and in fact a big variety of natural environments on the island provides an ideal habitat for the growth of an equally wide variety of species, that has always been in these lands are gathered and are part of gastronomic traditions.
