Coming from uncontaminated and deep waters, the grouper is smoked by the fire of myrtle wood essence that makes it unique.

Features:

On the table: natural, thinly sliced and seasoned with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper. In small pieces, made warm with a knob of butter, a pinch of black pepper, a bit 'of lemon zest and a shot of vodka, it is a great dressing for a dish of fresh noodles.
