I – INFORMATION ON PRIVACY POLICY OF THE SITE
- This section contains information on how to manage the individual company Pierluigi Carta in relation to the processing of data of users of the e-commerce site https://www.inke.it/en/ (hereinafter “INKE web site ”).
- This information is also valid for the purposes of art. 13 of D.Lgs. n. 196/2003, Personal Data Protection Code, and for the purposes of Article 13 of the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), concerning the protection, processing and dissemination of personal data of subjects who interact with the website. The information is made only for the INKE website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links in it.
- The purpose of this document is to provide information about the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to the users at the time of connection to the pages of the INKE website regardless of the purposes of the connection itself, according to Italian and European legislation.
- The information may be changed due to the introduction of new rules on this subject, the user is therefore invited to periodically check this page.
- If you are under 16 years of age, pursuant to article 8, c.1 EU Regulation 2016/679, you will have to legitimize your consent through the permission of parents or of those who make their veins.
II – DATA TREATMENT

- The controller is the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
- Pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation No 2016/679, the data controller of the INKE website is Mr. Pierluigi Carta
3 – Data processing location
- The processing of the data subject of the GDPR takes place at the headquarters of the fingers sita in viale Brianza n. 24 C, 09170 Oristano, and are curated by technical staff of the Office responsible for the Processing. In occasional maintenance of the website, the processing of data may be carried out by external persons such as those of the hosting service. The web hosting that is responsible for data processing, processing data on behalf of the owner, is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European standards.

1 – Cookies
- The INKE website uses cookies to make the user's browsing experience easier and intuitive: cookies are small text strings used to store certain information that may concern you, your preferences or your Internet access device (computer, tablet or smartphone) and are mainly used to adapt the website to your expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and memorizing the choices made previously.
- A cookie consists of a small set of data transferred to the user’s browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that has transferred. This is not executable code and does not transmit viruses.

2 – Technical cookies

- From the point of view of the duration you can distinguish temporary session cookies that are automatically deleted at the end of the navigation session and serve to uniquely identify the user during navigation and the permanent ones that remain active in the pc until expiry or cancellation by the user.
- Similarly session cookies are stored in order to allow access and stay in the reserved area of the portal as an authenticated user.
- Technical cookies are not stored persistently but exclusively for the duration of navigation until the end of the browser and disappear with the closure of the same. 4 – Analytical cookies
- Third-party analytics cookies are used to detect information on user behaviour. The survey takes place anonymously, in order to monitor the performance and improve the usability of the site.

5 – Profiling cookies
- Profiling cookies are designed to create the user’s cultural and social profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user in the context of web browsing.

IV – DATA PROCESSED
1 – Data processing mode
- The INKE website uses log files where automated information is stored during user visits. The information collected is as follows:
- internet protocol (IP);
- type of browser and device parameters used to connect to the site;
- name of the internet service provider (ISP);
- date and time of visit;
- web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit;
- possibly the number of clicks.
- This information is processed in automated form and collected in an exclusively aggregated form in order to verify the proper functioning of the site, and for security reasons. This information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner.
- For security purposes (antispam filters, firewalls, virus detection), the data recorded automatically may also include personal data such as the Ip address, which may be used, in accordance with applicable laws, in order to block attempts to damage to the site itself or to bring damage to other users, or in any case harmful or criminal activities. This data is never used for the identification or profiling of the user, but only for the purposes of protecting the site and its users, this information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner.
- The INKE website allows buyers to enter reviews. In this case, the site automatically detects and records some user identification data, including the email address. This data is voluntarily provided by the user when requesting the service. By entering the review, you expressly agree to the privacy policy, and in particular you agree that the content included is freely disclosed to third parties. The data received will be used exclusively for the delivery of the requested service and for the only time necessary for the provision of the service.
- The information that users of the site intend to make public through the services and tools made available to them, is provided by the user consciously and voluntarily, exempting this site from any liability regarding violations of laws. It is up to you to verify that you have the permission to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international standards.

- The retention of the data will be carried out for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above and not more than 5 years.
- The data used for security purposes (locking attempts to damage the site) are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose previously indicated.
3 – Data provided by the user
- The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

V – USER RIGHTS
Article 13, c. 2 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 lists your rights.
- The INKE website therefore intends to inform the user of the existence:
- of the right of the interested party to ask the owner for access to personal data (art. 15 EU Regulation), their updating (art. 7, co. 3, lett. a) D.Lgs. 196/2003), rectification (art. 16 EU Regulation), integration (art. 7, co. 3, lit. (a) D.Lgs. 196/2003) or the limitation of the processing concerning him/her (art. 18 EU Regulation) or to oppose, for legitimate reasons, their processing (art. 21 EU Regulation), in addition to the right to data portability (art. 20 EU Regulation);
- of the right to request the cancellation (art. 17 EU Regulation), transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of law, including those of which it is not necessary to retain in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed (art. 7, co. 3, letter b) D.Lgs. 196/2003);
- the right to obtain certification that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, cancellation, blocking of data, transformation have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected (art. 7, co. 3, lett. c) D.lgs. 196/2003);
- Requests can be addressed to the controller, without formality or, alternatively, using the model provided by the Data Protection Authority, or by sending an email to the address: paper.pierluigi@gmail.com
- The INKE website is also equipped with an automatic system for deletion of registration data by the same user who intends to remove them permanently by means of a specific command within its control panel
- If the processing is based on art.6, paragraph 1, letter a) – express consent to use – or on art.9, paragraph 2, letter a) – express consent to use genetic, biometric, health-related data, data revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
- Likewise, in the event of violation of the legislation, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority as a supervisory authority on the processing in the Italian State.

VI – TRANSFER FROM EXTRA EU COUNTRIES
- This site may share some of the data collected with localized services outside the EU area. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorised and strictly regulated by article 45, paragraph 1 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, so no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
- Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions laid down in Article 45 and ss of the EU Regulation.

- This site processes user data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data. The processing is carried out through computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
