ingredients: raw sheep's milk, selected dairy ferments, fungal coagulant, salt. Lactose-free. Without dyes or preservatives. Store in the refrigerator at about +4 °.
The Essenza di Montagna pecorino without lactose from Fattoria Su Grabiolu is a savory cheese, with the hints and flavor typical of raw milk sheep cheeses, and is reminiscent of the mountain air breathed by sheep reared on semi-wild grazing. It is an ideal pecorino cheese for all ages, but especially for those with special dietary needs, such as those who are lactose intolerant. The minimum seasoning is 60 days. The paste has a straw yellow color with slight holes. The rind does not contain dyes and no artificial treatment is carried out. Essenza di Montagna pecorino is produced with vegetable rennet, Kosher and Halal certified.
