Sardinian raw pecorino cheese Saboriu - Pab'e is Tellasa, made in Gerrei.
Here we have a raw pecorino cheese and raw dough, produced naturally in Sardinia, with a light look and a straw yellow color, fine crust.
The taste of this pecorino (ewe's cheese) is delicate but firm, the dough is very soluble by the rustic tastes of the mountain pastures, highlight its very pleasant and refined flavor.
The Pab'e is Tellasa farm is made up of a flock of Sardinian sheep producing a great milk, full of aromas and mountain perfumes. In the company's minicast, it is transformed immediately after milking, in Sardinian raw milk cheeses, with the typical processing of our Gerrei area.
