Goat cheese, table cheese, tangy flavor and typical aroma; it features the classic taste "ircino". The shape is cylindrical, with smooth and consistent crust.

The goat cheese color changes from light to dark brown. Pasta has a pale yellow color with sparse holes. Smell and aroma of animal as the the aging progresses. Taste sensations in the mouth are slightly hot, structure and texture are crumbly.
