Malvasia IGT Inachis is produced by the winery Zarelli nell'Agro Turudas, near Magomadas. In the glass has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections markedly, a sign of its freshness to which also contributes to the nature of the grape. The nose shows an intense and persistent perfume, initially floral with hints of wisteria and broom that recall the lush and verdant in spring flower fields and then after stand the fruity notes of apple and freshly picked peaches. In the mouth it is a fresh wine, fine and well structured, with the end slightly almond and aromatic that endure long typical of malvasia.
In the kitchen it is outstanding on those occasions when a pinch of spice or some flavor of great persistence and intensity require a wine that has a greater persistence, accompanying and exalting the dishes in a manner superlative
