Feaures:

From a selection of the best Vermentino grapes from the best vineyards in the valley of Surrau, comes a wine from the property important and intense aromatic. After a brief contact with the skins with the must, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where it will evolve for a few months in contact with the lees (lees stirring).

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, it has an intense bouquet with notes of tropical fruit. In the mouth it is soft, long and persistent, with hints vegetable and mineral notes. A wine for starters and main courses of fish, salt fish, white meat, fresh cheese Soft.
