The Winery was Sulcis is located in the area south-west of Sardinia, as the crow flies in miles of beautiful beaches and white sand dunes of Porto Pino. Founded in 1960, overcoming the difficulties of the early years with the arrival of a new management team, driven by strong determination that generates enthusiasm and passion, the company embarked on an ambitious and adopt different strategies that give a new face with coherent guidelines for producer members. The goal is ambitious, point to the bottled wine, red wines in particular, enhancing and promoting the primary local cultivar: Carignano, without neglecting the traditional white grapes of Sardinia, such as Vermentino, Nuragus and Nasco. The thoughtful use of French barriques closes beautifully and harmoniously the evolutionary cycle of these exciting wines. The great reds: Terre Brune, Rocca Rubia, Noras, Araja, Grotta Rossa and Antigua, are accompanied by stylish white Villa di Chiesa, Cala Dumbledore, Pedraia, Villa Solais, Latinia, sons of the ancient winemaking tradition coupled with the use of new technologies in the field of wine, stabilization and bottling.
