The viticulture undertaken since 1939 by the Founder of the Society Father Evaristo Madeddu, represents more than the continuation of the tradition, a source of self-reliance with an ongoing commitment to the purposes of education and training, both for guests of the Community, for both the inhabitants of the areas where vineyards are planted.
All vineyards planted by the Company in the area of the Sinis are monitored and processed into products ORGANIC certificates.
The timetable for the completion of the installations of new vineyards, LEFT started in the early eighties, is about to end with the planting of the last party authorized by the Region of Sardinia thanks to replanting rights granted for six acres of grape Vermentino and Cannonau DOC.

For the processing of the vineyards, the Company relies on the professionalism of some of the Brothers of the Community itself, as well as the contributions of many volunteers and honorary brothers who enthusiastically respond to the demands of the Work not only for the specific area. In fact the help of volunteers and the Brothers' fees (doctors, engineers, mechanics, farmers, artisans, etc.) Is continuous and also during the course of other social and educational activities of the Community.
The total area of the entire company, which is currently nearing completion and improvement, is equal to twenty acres of which 12 are planted with vines.
