They are cru: a wine from each vineyard is born: Dettori Bianco Vermentino from the vineyard; the Tuderi, the Tenores and Dettori from the vine Cannonau; Chimbanta from the vine of Monica; Ottomarzo from the vineyard of Pascale; Moscadeddu from the vineyard Moscato. The wines are processed "pure" therefore 100% Cannonau, Monica 100%, 100% Pascale, 100% Vermentino, 100% Moscato. The total annual production ranging from 20,000 to 45,000 bottles.
