Features or our jams:

When the warm weather of September still heats up our earth, and completes the maturation of these tasty fruits, it is the time to prepare this jam, obtained with prickly pear pulp, lemon juice and sugar.

To obtain 100 gr of jam, 72 gr of peeled fruit without seeds are used.

60% of total fruit.

Pectin, preservatives, flavorings and colorings are not added.
